Return & Refund Policy – Woof & Me B.V.

1. General

At Woof & Me, we care about both our human and dog clients. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work with us.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

  • For purchases made online (such as merchandise or gift cards), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive the returned products, we’ll refund the purchase price within 14 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Birthday cakes and other custom-made products: these are baked to order and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Perishable items once opened.


4. Event Tickets & Bookings

  • Event tickets (such as breed meetups, workshops, or brunches) can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


6. How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us first at hello@woofandme.nl with your order number. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
