2. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, orders, and event bookings placed with Woof & Me B.V. via our website, social channels, or in our café. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Products & Orders

  • We strive to display all products and prices as accurately as possible.

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

  • For online purchases (such as merchandise or gift cards), customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

  • Birthday cakes and other custom-made products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed.

  • Perishable items cannot be returned once opened.

6. Events & Bookings

  • Event tickets can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.

  • For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

  • Woof & Me reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

  • By participating in an event at Woof & Me, you consent to the use of photos and/or videos taken during the event for use on our website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team before the start of the event.

7. Liability

  • Attendance at our café or events is at your own risk.

  • Woof & Me B.V. is not liable for injury, damage, or loss unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

  • Customers are responsible for their dogs at all times.

8. Payments

  • Payments can be made via the methods offered at checkout (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).

  • All transactions are securely processed.

9. Complaints

We take feedback seriously. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us at hello@woofandme.nl. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
